I've had a lot of sports massages and this was one of the best. Zaheer found the problem areas well and was very responsive to feedback. Excellent value for money and really felt he wanted to help rather than just getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Will definitely be returning

I went to Body First with ongoing neck and shoulder pain. The pain was so severe that I only expected temporary relief from the treatment. I was very pleased however when after only 2 treatments my pain had completely disappeared. The therapist was also very engaging and the environment very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Body First.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Zaheer is a great therapist. And the aftercare advice was exceptional.
