All I can say is the looks are deceiving. It was my first time here and the outside of the building did not exactly shout relaxing spa, however I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who put me at ease and the massage room is lovely. The masseuse was very professional, although they could do with slightly larger towels to cover you up, but he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. At the end of my massage he told me where my problem areas were and what I could do about them. I will definitely be back. Thank you
