I went for infills but my nails were in a very sorry state. Lucasz told me that he would do them on this occasion because I had paid but he would not be doing them again until they were in a healthier state. I thought this was a very holistic and professional approach. I decided to have a soak off and manicure instead of having acrylics and I'm so glad I did. He actually made my own, very poor nails look presentable and I have decided to look after them rather than have more damaging acrylics. Lucasz was very interesting to talk to and very professional in his approach. He could have done the acrylics and encouraged me to return again so that I would keep paying but he was more concerned about the state of my nails than my returning custom. The salon and process were very hygienic and the products he used were top notch too; I was very impressed to see he used nailkale by Nail inc. and a new file on my nails. I will be going back!
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
Received a nail fill from Lucas which I'm really happy with - even offered his own suggestions into the shape/colour which was great. The Salon has a huge variety of nail colours unlike other salons I've visited.
