Both myself and mum had microneedling one after another. Lucas was absolutely fantastic in making us feel relaxed and informed prior to the procedure (both first time and very nervous!), answered any questions we had, and made us feel calm and welcomed in his home clinic. We also noted how exceptionally clean everything was! The procedure itself was pain free and Lucas continuously asked for our feedback to best manage any pain. We immediately booked our next appointments :)
