After suffering for several weeks with a really tense and sore upper back, last minute I book myself in for a Deep Tissue Massage. I'm not sure of the name of the therapist that gave me my treatment but I would highly rate him, and definitely give him a 5 star rating. He listened to the areas of my body that were effecting me and paying particular attention to them during my treatment, always making sure that the pressure was bearable. He really worked into my sore arching muscles, and although it wasn't one bit relaxing (DTM isn't suppose to be!) I could feel the stress and build up of lactic acid being removed from my muscles. He talked me through what he was doing and always made sure I was feeling as comfortable as I could given the situation. I will definitely be coming back again for a follow up appointment. I can't recommend this service highly enough. Thank you so much for making me feel more like myself again. 🙂🙂
