The venue is well presented and the facilities were clean - and equally important, the massage table and the room was warm. This is so important. A lot of people like myself go to massage with aches and pains and there's nothing worse than a cold or draughty room. Not here though.
The therapist listened carefully to my needs, and gave me a really relaxing massage and I would definitely go back again.

Booked head and shoulder massage but it was only shoulder massage, she did not touch my head.
Massage was rescheduled for 15min earlier and with a different masseuse.
There were lots of strange questions and general chat in the beginning of the massage while I was lying head down. In my opinion massage is not hairdressers where you chat, so it felt uncomfortable.
Also any necessary questions need to be asked before, not during the massage.
