my first visit here due to neck/shoulder issues. Felt great after the massage, very professional and Olutosin was really friendly and was very precise in her techniques and could really tell where the problems were. She also went through some small exercises/stretches for me to do as aftercare. I will definitely continue to use their services to help with my stiffness and pains.
Deep Tissue Massage
Suffer from shoulder pain/tension and Florence really sorted me out. She was communicative and knew exactly what to do, she also spent time explaining the potential causes and movements I can do at home. Couldn't recommend more.

Great sports massage. Had really tight calves from lots of running. Loosened everything up and found tightness in my hamstrings that probably contributed to it.
