I came in with a muscular issue and Florence when through and tested a range of possible causes eg tightness in certain areas/muscle weaknesses and imbalances. After finding the causes Florence worked on the problem areas. Even though it was only a 30min session I had a lot of relief from the pain. Will definitely book a longer session next time!
