Great deep tissue massage, right amount of pressure and the room was cosy and warm.

Don't go expecting spa level facilities. This is a small office space accessed through a maze of office corridors. What you do receive is very attentive, friendly service from Florence who truly listens to your needs and delivers a great massage. I will be returning soon!

I do kickboxing fitness training 5 days a week and occasionally run, so my muscles can be overworked and tense. I have a few key areas of concern, especially in my upper back/shoulder and left ankle/Achilles, however after a 90 minute session with Florence I feel so much more relaxed and alleviated. I discovered other areas of my body which are tense and Florence advised me on how to stretch to prevent injury, her knowledge and depth is remarkable as she knows exactly what she is talking about, allowing me to tweak my training plans accordingly. The salon is also very clean, I will definitely be returning!
