I had a deep tissue massage and Florence was brilliant at spotting problems. Her knowledge was obvious as she went straight to my most painful trigger points. She also gave helpful advice about prevention, and even extended the session slightly to make sure she had checked through my various niggles. Don’t be put off by therapy room’s setting in an office block, you will get a professional, thorough, and caring massage!

Second time I've been to Florence and I'll be going back. I m very tight in my shoulders and legs, always been an issue for me. So, Florence gives it a good amount of pressure and does the job. Simple innit.
