Cherelle is incredible. I walked in absolute pain due to Fibromyalgia, half way through the session not only had the pain disappeared - I also felt very relaxed. She's friendly warm yet professional, and makes you feel heaps at ease. She recommended exercises and movements that will/can help you while you're at home. Absolute delight.
