The place is squeaky clean, the atmosphere is very ‘relaxing’ and ‘smoothing.’ The facial was top quality, from start to finish. Florence is very warm, friendly and talented. She’s attentive and cares about your needs / preferences. she can hold a conversation and has a sense of humour. When I left, my skin felt cleansed and invigorating which is just what I needed. I’d defo go back again!
