I booked an appointment after suffering headaches for a week due to tension in my neck and shoulders. Florence was amazing! She applied the perfect amount of pressure, firm but not painful, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best massages I'vd ever had.
