About
I started Body Heaven as a home salon nearly 20 years ago after qualifying at Northbrook College in beauty therapy. I moved to the Leisure centre 18 years ago and we have gone from strength to strength. LIsette is now my business partner and together we endeavor to bring friendly and affordable treatments to our customers. I like doing a variety of treatments and am always looking to expand on my knowledge of health and beauty. My most recent training was to become a Foot Health Practitioner which i did at the SMAE institute in 2013.

I have worked as a beauty therapist for over 10yrs and love it. My favourite treatments to do are eyebrow/lash treatments such as lash lift and now brow lamination. I also really like massage as my clients feel such a difference in their wellbeing, I am trained in Swedish, warm Bamboo and Indian Head massage.

I have been a therapist for 14 years.I trained at Chichester college in 2010 to be a beauty therapist before going onto holistic. I first started out working in spas and managed the Hilton spa before coming to body heaven in 2015. I decided to study sports massage in 2017 as my love is massage and helping people. You can find me at body heaven on Wednesday, Thursday afternoon/evenings , Friday mornings , and Sundays.

"I am a GDC registered nurse of 20 years working in both Private and NHS Dental Practice. I love meeting people and helping in anyway possible to give a "feel good factor"! This is why I have now trained in Anti Wrinkle Treatments. Helping not only in the softening of wrinkles and fine lines but with different health reasons too. I enjoy all therapies I offer, my favourites are reflexology, massage and facials. I am at Body Heaven on Thursdays, Fridays and on one Saturday per month

Donna Boniface - I have been a beauty therapist for 15 years and have worked in many salons, i started Bodyheaven as a home based treatment room and moved to Impulse leisure 11 years ago, 2 years ago i qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner. I enjoy all types of treatments and love my job as i get to meet lots of different people. I am at Bodyheaven Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays and some Saturdays.

Jade Saunders - I came to Body Heaven in 2015, I have been a beauty therapist for 9 years and used to work at and manage the Hilton Spa in Brighton, i love performing all treatments but my passion is massage, i am known for my firm pressure, and trained for sports massage back in January 2017. You can find me at Body Heaven on a Wednesday, Friday and some saturdays
