My 2nd B12 injection, its help with brain fog and helped balance my hormones and emotions. 1st time it was quite painful and my arm did feel (not look) bruised, but I was feeling really run down , 2nd time didn't really hurt at all not even tender. I find it helps with my brain fog and clarity. I don't feel quite so tired also.
