Good deep tissue massage. Good value for money. I do wish the room had been a little warmer though!

We are So lucky to have such talented and wonderful beauty therapist based with Lancing sports centre. The new therapy rooms are peaceful and so relaxing. This is my second body wrap and I just love them. Great pressure and felt so chill after the treatment.

Lovely massage, Jade was excellent and made me feel totally relaxed.
The Thai massage was lovely and also provided a gentle exfoliation.
The facial was much needed and my skin felt fantastic afterwards.

I had the classic facial from Sarah which was amazing. The beauty room was spotlessly clean and Sarah was very welcoming and accommodating. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and my skin looked thoroughly nourished when I left. I highly recommend Sarah and Body Heaven
