I booked this apointment less than 24 hours in advance; Donna did everything she could to get me booked in. Tracy was amazing! She was very calm, kind and made me feel relaxed and welcomed. I am very fussy with my brows but Tracy allowed me to explain exactly how I like them and she took a lot of time and effort in making them perfect. She is a perfectionist and clearly has a passion for what she does. Thank you Tracy, I will be returning to try another treatment very soon.
