I had the offer of 50 minutes for £30. Excellent value for money but not long enough so may go for a longer session next time ;)
Chose hot stones as thought it would help a twinge in my lower back and it certainly did. I came out feeling beautifully relaxed and ready to get on with the rest of the day.
