I saw Tracy today, she was very thorough and explained what she was going to do and suggested some items I could buy to use at home. Very helpful, definitely recommend her for foot health care.

This is the first time I had tried a bamboo massage and it was so relaxing! Donna was extremely friendly and cared enough to explain everything to me and show me the bamboo sticks which were not at all what I expected! They were warmed, smooth polished wood of varying widths and lengths, a bit like batons. When rolled over your body in different ways it was almost hard to distinguish from her hands. I marvelled at the skill which must be involved in this method. Donna had obviously mastered it!
