A hidden gem, reflexology was really relaxing, Jade was lovely. Only down side was a keep fit class took place in the next room which detracted from the relaxation of the session. Hence only four stars for ambience. Overall would recommend a visit.

Was greeted by Tracy, given time and not rushed to get ready, asked if I had any problem areas I felt relaxed massage was perfect really felt much more supple afterwards.
