Lisette was friendly and professional throughout. She took the time to understand my needs from the massage and paid particular attention to my neck, where I needed it the most. The facial was also really lovely. The only downside was some exterior noise, however, this is more an issue that needs to be taken up with impulse leisure. This would not put me off visiting body heaven again as the treatments were so lovely 👍
