I absolutely loved the final product and the staff. The staff were welcoming and informative and they helped me understand what each stage did. However, there was a lack of preparation before I arrived. Despite this, I cannot fault it.

Skilful, caring massage. Just what I needed to de-stress before Christmas. Lisette really seemed to care about giving good treatment. She was firm enough to relieve "knots" and tight places.

I've had great eyelash tint and facial at Body Heaven. The ambiance is often let down by outside noise, but there's not much the salon can do about this. Eyelash tint is always good. My facial felt quite rough, I should have asked for the pressure to be reduced sooner.
