Always enjoy my facials. Comfortable couch, which can be heated; convivial conversation. Occasional noise from gym upstairs can interrupt the relaxing atmosphere but overall very pleasant experience every time.

Very relaxing although a bit noisy caused by close proximity of exercise class
and changing room.

The therapist made me feel relaxed, but, what would have been a relaxing massage, was ruined by a din due to its location in a sports centre. First, there was a noise above us like a herd of elephants, then a very loud machine/plumbing type noise which completely drowned the relaxing music!
