Lisette regularly does my back, neck and shoulder massage. Her touch is just the right level of firmness for me. She is professional and caring. I feel better, more relaxed, pain-free and sleep well after I go. Others are available who have a lighter or firmer touch so we have a choice. The ambience is as nice as they can possibly make it given that it's in a sports centre.
