Fantastic lady...Lisette I think.
I went for relaxation and the massage, back scrub and mini facial were perfect. didn't feel rushed or short changed on the treatments and massage was not too firm but still targeted my problem areas and left me in a lot less pain.
Facial has left my skin far less stressed.
You do hear a little bit of sound from the studio next door (but guess a lot of the time it's not in use) although this wasn't enough to make it a negative for me.

I had had quite a stressful week so the two treatments came at the right time for me. Both were really relaxing and I always have a great experience here as it's very relaxed and the therapists work with you. The bamboo massage was different but very relaxing and the reflexology was good. I would definitely recommend Body Heaven.
