Always a very pleasant experience. Only reason I gave a slightly reduced rating for Ambience is because of the noise from the gym above, which is outside the control of Beauty Therapy.

One of the best treatments Ive had. I have had the bamboo tratment in a so called 5 star spa before but the one at body heaven was far better and also was reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. Definetly a placed that i would recommend. If you are in lancing then look no where else this is the spa to go to.
