Relaxing environment, attentive beautician

I was picked up from reception and lead through to a quiet treatment room. The waxing experience was made as comfortable as possible and she was fast and efficient with little pain. I reacted to the wax on my legs which as a sensitive soul seems to happen from time to time. There was no panicking or flapping, I took and antihistimine and the rash abated within an hour. Would highly recommend her. Very skilled technician.

Excellent experience during a recent visit to London. While the welcome didn't quite put me at ease (the reception staff, although very friendly, are associated with the hotel, not the salon, and therefore couldn't let the therapist know I had arrived and just asked me to wait in the hotel reception until I was collected for my appointment), the experience from then on more than made up for this. I was collected exactly on time and taken down to the salon area, which has a wonderful atmosphere and feels very private, even though it may seem as though you've been taken to an office basement and ushered into a tucked-away den! Don't be put off - the treatments were nothing short of top-notch. I'm impressed that such a professional, relaxing atmosphere has been created with the space, and my wax (legs and brazilian) was pretty perfect. Good quality wax, a very skilled professional wielding it, and great value for money with the bundle I had purchased. Thank you!
