This was honestly the best wax I've ever had - really efficient, and the technician was lovely and put me at ease. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to issue some instructions about how to find the venue - it's located somewhat unusually and I got a bit lost wandering the corridors! Perhaps some signage would help.
