The therapist was very experienced and really made me feel comfortable. I haven’t had a wax in a while but she was very chatty which help take my mind off it. The wax was excellent and she also asked questions to ensure it came out as I wanted. I would 100% go back and recommend to others.

I had a great full leg wax and hollywood bikini wax at Body Kalm. Kristina was punctual and came to the reception desk so I had no trouble finding the treatment room as she kindly guided me there. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment itself was great, she was thorough and efficient. I particularly like the oil she used at the end, my legs have never been this smooth. The treatment room is tucked away and the ambiance was pleasant as there was some relaxation music in the background. I have read a few reviews commenting about having to walk through offices to get to the room but I don't understand what the issue is as the room is completely separate and in no way is the office in sight once in the treatment area. The price was good for the quality of treatment and location is fantastic for me, only a few minutes walk from the office. Would definitely recommend!
