Very thorough treatment. Beautician was very clear and communicated well, I was confident in her ability and skill. The treatment room is a bit odd as you have to walk through a basement office with people working there, which slightly took away from the salon experience.
This was a wonderful experience - so relaxing and the masseuse paid attention to where I’d indicated aches and pains. I left feeling completely relaxed with all stiffness gone. Highly recommend!
wonderful massage, very professional and worked on the areas I needed most! felt so relaxed by the end of the treatment
Excellent massage and extremely lovely therapist
Kristina was extremely nice and sweet. She met me at the entrance to the hotel as I couldn’t find my way. She walked me through the little basement rooms that looked like offices into a tiny, but clean room, where she offered her service. As I had some kind of rush on my face, we have decided not to do a facial. That was thoughtful I thought because she didn’t want to make my condition worse, especially knowing that I was going to have an appointment with a dermatologist shortly. Therefore I decided to only have Hollywood waxing and waxing of my legs. The legs were done normally, but the bikini turned out to be the worst experience of my life. Instead of using hard wax, Kristina is using liquid wax and strips. When I expressed my surprised feeling about it, she reassured me that it would be just as fine as with hard wax. I didn’t want to be teaching her how to do her job, but this waxing was more painful than ever (and I’m far from being someone who didn’t know what to expect). the problem is that they do not recommend to use that type of wax on intimate zones, because of the skin being very sensitive/fragile there... and because of the risk to damage the skin, when the hard wax, opposite to the liquid one, is more suitable for those gentle areas, because it doesn’t stick to the skin and only pulls out the hair, instead of pulling the skin. After this waxing, i have a terrible burning sensation over the entire area that was waxed. In the years that I let people wax me, i have never experienced such a discomfort. It simply hurts, because the skin was damaged. And I’m sure it will take a few days before it’s healed and I feel normal again. What a shame, that I will not be going back, because I actually liked Kristina.
