The treatment area is lovely - although not in an obvious location, the room itself is well-decorated and relaxing. Friendly aesthetician was welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the wax was too hot and, despite mentioning my discomfort from the heat, the treatment proceeded and my skin was mildly burned. The aesthetician applied lots of soothing cream afterward, but it took a few days for the redness to disappear. Not particularly pleasant.
