We were greeted by very polite staff in a plush hotel in Bloomsbury. I was swiftly taken to the spa area for my treatment, the facilities were good the spa area was very tranquil and relaxing. My therapist was very courteous and had such a serene presence she put me at ease right away. The massage itself was excellent, I always enjoy massages more when there is a method and skill involved which was evident here. Great smelling calming oils were used, this treatment felt AMAZING- thank you! The only thing that can be improved upon is asking the client on level of pressure at the start and I had to ask for more pressure once treatment had started but apart from that a wonderful experience. Definitely worth a visit when I central London.

The massage itself was good but the set up of the Massage room is in a bit of awkward place- you have to walk past people working in an office to get to this make shift room.
