The treatment room is inside the office of the hotel, so it does feel a little uncomfortable to walk amongst the desks, especially after a treatment. It also means you hear office noises, including banal office chat during the treatment (therefore, don't expect to come here as a break from the office!).
However, the treatment room is clean and Kristina is very welcoming and professional. She is sensitive to people's needs and a good listener. Her physiotherapy background makes her expertise in administering massages second-to-none. She is realistic about what can be achieved, pain from pre-existing skeletal problems following a treatment and next steps. There is no pushy sales technique post treatment either.
The hotel doesn't know what an asset it has under its roof. It's so hard to find this level of service in central London when most of the service industry is reliant on tourism and not long-term customer loyalty.
Amazing massage! Kristina was super friendly and welcoming. I left feeling very relaxed and my shoulders were tension-free. Excellent value for money, too.
