The treatment room was clean and well appointed, although it's in the basement of the hotel and you have to go through an office to reach it. However what really made this treatment for me was the therapist - Kristina was polite, thorough and professional, and took her time to do a good job. I've had too many waxes where the therapist is in a rush or sloppy, leaving you with a patchy treatment or damaging your skin, but this was excellent. I would definitely book here again.
