The staff were very nice and friendly, and the room was sweet - low-ceilinged and comfortable. Only weird thing is that you have to go through an office to get there, which is a bit odd. Wax was very good, would definitely go back.

Christina was professional, friendly and efficient. The room where the massage was done was nice, the music was relaxing and I would definitely return again!

It is a well hidden massage room in a quite unlikely place. Don't let that put you off. She is AMAZING. Really strong and spot on. I walked in stiff and having a headache and walked out fresh! I just loved it. Definitely going back. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best value and even enjoyable waxes I've had! Kristina was welcoming and professional. The treatment room is on the lower floor of My Hotel Bloomsbury, through some shared workspaces - a little surprising at first, but the space itself is lovely, warm, and well presented. Kristina was chatty and friendly the whole way through.
I paid for a half leg, bikini and underarm but Kristina gave me an extended bikini wax, a full leg wax and underarm, taking up the whole allotted time rather than doing the minimum and rushing me out the door. Very good value for money.
The wax was very good quality, low-pain, and has turned out well afterwards with very little redness.
The only thing I would improve on - Kristina used a plastic sheet on the treatment couch (rather than couch roll) which made me a bit sweaty and meant I kept sticking to it.
Other than that, a fantastic treatment. I will definitely book again.
