Therapist was very nice and attentive. The beautyroom was a little bit of a shock, I had to walk through like the callroom centre for the hotel, it was very small. However it was very clean.

Very rude reception staff when I asked to be directed to the spa, but the therapist was lovely. Wouldn't call it a spa, more of a treatment room, odd walk to get there through the office. Massage was good and the therapist was very nice.

It is ALWAYS amazing. I've had the massage and reflexology so many times before and will keep coming because the masseuse is excellent, the brownies are delicious and it is clean and spotless. Great place.
