Accidentally received a massage instead of a facial (shows how much attention I was paying when I booked, as I couldn't remember), but needed a massage anyway. Other reviewers have mentioned the strange location, and entering is a little odd, as you seem to go through an admin room to get to a little nook that has been turned into a pleasant spa area with lots of fabric drapes and cushions. Once inside, it's the office space isn't noticeable, and the atmosphere is nice. Massage was lovely, not too firm (I'm quite sensitive to touch, so dislike hard massages), and my shoulder left feeling much looser. Lovely, friendly lady who left me feeling at ease.
This was, quite simply, the best massage experience I've ever had. Not only was it a great massage, but the champagne and warm brownies were delicious. It beats bigger names hands down. Really impressed.
