The stylist was lovely but I really hate my haircut. The whole place had a weird atmosphere. It's not a great experience when I am unable to converse with the person cutting my hair due to language barriers.

Not a particularly enjoyable experience. Lots of delay: while they sent a text to push back the appointment time by 15mn, there was still 30mn delay on top of it, so 45 mn in total. The beautician didn't really explain what she was going to do and my facial ended up being a very painful experience. The lymphatic massage wasn't great at all, it was cold in the room and the beautician kept going in and out of the room. Can be improved!
