When I arrived at the salon the lady at the reception welcomed me and offered some coffee and water and I thought it was a very nice gesture.
Then Irene was very professional and she is very precise on waxing. I've been there twice and I always left very happy.

The stylist was lovely but I really hate my haircut. The whole place had a weird atmosphere. It's not a great experience when I am unable to converse with the person cutting my hair due to language barriers.
