My nails look lovely, and my nail technician was incredibly careful and did a great job shaping and with my cuticles. The only thing I would say (and I discussed with the manager) is they don't use Shellac (the brand)- this is a gel mani, even though it is described as Shellac on Treatwell. I choose Shellac because it does less damage to my nails than gel, so I'd picked it for this reason. The manager told me her gel is the same as Shellac but I think we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

Absolutely awful experience!! Bought as gift for my mum and when she went no one knew anything about booking. They reschedule and did same thing again!! Made my mum felt terrible and said they don'teven offer that service. Charged by treatwell!!
