They couldn’t see me until 30 minutes after the appointment slot I booked and I said okay but I can’t stay late so instead of the 1.5 hours I paid for please only give the 1 hours. They said no problem but when I went to leave they didn’t want to refund me. I had to wait for the owner to come who told me he didn’t have the ability to refund me. I had to show HIM on Treatwell that he had to contact them to refund me. He assured me he would but here I am 3 months later and still haven’t been.

Massage felt like I was getting moisturised with oil more than getting a massage. Masseuse also wore gloves which made the texture feel weird on my skin. Sorry, but was not the best.

The space is nice but I’m not a fan of the method - I prefer eyebrows done with tweezers over waxing over and over again the same area
