Lady who did the waxing (Shelly or Shirley, sorry can’t remember properly) is extremelly experienced and is great with customer service, she spoke with me which distracted me of the pain, and was apollogetic for “hurting” me (i did eyebrow, upper-lower lip and chin, and ususally upper lip is hurtful). Will definitely be coming back!
