Never had a massage/treatment like it before, it was very different from anything I have had, but it was great, really explained well, and very knowledgeable therapist I will definitely be going back.

Chadanit, very professional and knowledgeable lady. No need to say where your stiffness or discomfort is, Chadanit homes straight in! Does what it takes regardless of time. Lots of caring advice and leave floating, light and flexible.

Visited on Saturday for a last minute appointment after feeling a twinge in my lower back at the gym. Any was brilliant and said my back was hurting due to being so tense everywhere especially my glutes. Its never a relaxing massage like you get in other spa's but i certainly felt better afterwards! Any worked on my legs, back and uncovered a really tight spot on my shoulder that she loosened! Would definitely reccomend for anyone that does a lot of exercise and needs loosening up!

As a regular customer I always leave feeling fitter and more supple and realise that I should do more stretching. First class massage the best Ive had anywhere.
