Fantastic first visit to Body & Mind. Amazing experience. Straight away the therapist saw my back and neck issues and worked on them meticulously with the signature massage that I received. It was a really friendly and welcoming place and I felt well looked after. I have rebooked for more sessions and I believe that further massages are going to help me gain relief from my stiffness, aches and pains. I felt invigorated following my treatment and can’t wait to go again!
