Really good deep massage. My back is definitely much better afterwards. Therapist was excellent and they give you bottled water at the end.
One note though, they have two rooms and one of them is a big room with a curtain divider. Unfortunately I had to be in this room during my visit and I couldn’t relax properly as the person on the other side was talking too much and making stretch noises. I’d rather be on the single quiet room.
