Went in with a trapper nerve and muscle issues in me left shoulder and was promptly beaten to pieces by Nadee. She did start by saying ‘I know this isn’t what you booked, but this will help’.
Two days later my shoulder is free and relaxed and the pain has all but disappeared. Incredibly impressed with the techniques and will definitely be visiting again to keep on top of the posture issues I’m experiencing.
