My second massage here at Mind and Body and it was another incredible full body massage. I have arthritis in my big toe joint and for the first time in two years, I have experienced no pain. I'm a distance runner and full-time yoga teacher, so it's a real treat to have this full body MOT. It allows me to continue to run and teach and feel amazing! I thoroughly recommend Mind and Body MOT 65
