The stretching was a little painful due to me being full of Arthritis. But I slept like a baby. The staff are lovely. When I come next time would like just massage no stretching please. I felt like a ninety year old woman trying to do the stretching. Since I have been having massages I take no strong pain killers for my Arthritis I just have very bad stiffness but the pain is copeable. See you all soon x

Feeling amazing and rejuvenated as usual. You will not find the same experience anyway else. Highly recommended
Ended up having a toksen massage and body feels more free and much better range of movement after tearing a muscle in my back the other week. Ill be back again
