Another great treatment by Ashley at Body and Mind. I usually go for a full body deep tissue massage, but today opted for a more relaxing experience combined with a facial. It was exactly what I needed. My back feels much better as does my skin. Most importantly, I feel much more relaxed.

Based in Milngavie near Bearsden, Glasgow, Body & Mind Salon and Day Spa specialises in skin treatments and alternative therapies for both men and women.

Every treatment is tailored to suit your needs. They offer a tranquil environment with beautifully themed rooms to restore energy and promote well being. They have a full range of treatments for the face and body, as well as a specialised nail studio, nutrition consultations, make ­up classes, and semi-permanent makeup.

Body & Mind Salon and Day Spa can be easily accessed via train, with the salon located just a short walk away from Milngavie rail station. There is also a Tesco Superstore nearby with plenty of parking available.
