The poor therapist was literally ran off her feet. Mid leg wax had to leave the room to see someone who came in and from what I seen there was no help at all in with her. I was on the cusp of asking if she wanted me to stay and help her I felt so bad. Not her fault in the slightest but the conditions made for an awful experience. The hot wax was awful and solidifying upon being applied so therefore breaking when the therapist was removing. I couldn't continue with the intimate wax.
