My waxing treatment was amazing as always. The service in body and mind is so friendly, and if you have any questions they are happy to answer them. I have sensitive skin and the beauty therapist took the time to discuss the best wax to use.

Beauty therapist was wearing mask so it didn't cover nose and mouth. At one point wiped nose with hand then carried on touching my hands. Not the usual high standards of protocols and cleanliness this salon usually holds. Nails were done well and the beauty therapist doing nails was polite.
